Assistant Manager Education, Monitoring & Evaluation

Position: Assistant Manager Education, Monitoring & Evaluation (Day Scholar - Full Time Permanent)

Location: MCH Campus, Samanabad, Lahore.

Job Description:

1. Oversee academic quality across campuses to ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

2. Design and implement M&E frameworks to track educational performance and impact.

3. Analyze academic data to support evidence-based management decisions.

4. Monitor teaching and learning outcomes to improve instructional effectiveness.

5. Prepare high-level academic and M&E reports for management, donors, and regulators.

6. Conduct institutional and classroom evaluations to identify gaps and risks.

7. Build capacity of academic staff through training and performance feedback.

8. Ensure policy and SOP compliance in all academic and monitoring activities.

9. Coordinate with stakeholders to align education objectives and evaluation outcomes.

10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance educational quality and impact.

11. Any task assigned by the management.

Age: 25 - 40 years

Qualification: Masters / M.Com / MBA

Relevant Experience: 3 years

Skills Required: MS Office, Report Writing, Speaking, Organizational Skills and Team Leading

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
