WHAT YOU WILL DO?
As an Assistant Manager Electronics, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our terminal equipment’s. Your responsibilities includes

Ensure achievement of equipment KPIs as defined by management.

Communicate safety alerts and manufacturer-highlighted risks clearly to relevant staff.

Supervise and execute all types of maintenance (planned, breakdown, and unscheduled) in an organized and efficient manner.

Adjust maintenance plans as needed—upon superior approval—to meet shift demands and available resources.

Coordinate with the Operations Department on equipment availability and ongoing work.

Keep Operations and superiors updated on maintenance progress and timelines.

Generate and close Job Sheets in IBM Maximo, documenting tasks performed, time spent, and equipment downtime.

Collaborate with external contractors or consultants for urgent or critical repairs, as directed.

Represent DP World in a professional and positive manner, adhering to company values, safety standards, and the Code of Conduct.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of heavy equipment, cranes, RTGs, and automotive systems.

Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Proficient in interpreting technical manuals, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Skilled in using diagnostic/testing tools and maintenance software.

Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Must be flexible in working a 12-hour day shift.
