You will manage engineering stores activities to make sure materials and equipment are available, safe, and compliant. You will work closely with maintenance, production, procurement and quality teams. We value practical problem-solvers who take ownership, communicate clearly, and improve processes. Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, issuance and documentation for engineering stores materials and spare parts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and timely SAP updates.
- Ensure storage conditions, tagging, labeling, and handling meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and quality to prioritize material availability for production and projects.
- Support audits, implement corrective actions and maintain store standard operating procedures.
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, supply chain or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, stores or inventory control experience in manufacturing, pharma or FMCG.
- Practical experience with inventory systems such as SAP or equivalent ERP.
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP), quality systems and basic EHS requirements.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with temperature-controlled storage and transport practices.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits and managing CAPAs.
- Basic understanding of procurement and vendor coordination processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Training or certification in inventory techniques, Lean, or continuous improvement methods.
