Job Title: Assistant Manager – Entertainment Park
Location: Taif, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support daily operations of a busy trampoline park. You will lead teams, ensure safety standards, and deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, opening & closing shifts
• Supervise staff and ensure high customer service standards
• Manage bookings, customer inquiries, and complaints
• Handle cash, POS reconciliation, and reporting
• Monitor stock, inventory, and café operations
• Ensure health & safety compliance and conduct safety checks

Requirements:

• Saudi National (Arabic & English speaker)
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/management experience (entertainment/leisure preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

• Experience in entertainment or family activity centers
• First Aid certification

Working Hours:
Shift-based (48 hours/week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays
