Assistant Manager – Event Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, weddings, corporate events, and special functions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence
  • Supervise event operations teams and ensure smooth day-to-day activities
  • Assist in managing budgets, schedules, and operational requirements

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in event operations within a hotel or hospitality environment
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
✔ Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
