Summary:
Responsible for planning/executing company events, managing press relations and enhancing communication strategies targeted at different audiences. This position requires a strong background in event organization and coordination: Internal (Sales & Marketing Convention) and External (Majestic Mogul, B2B, Sponsorship events, Commercial/Industrial Trade Shows).
This role will also include the management of the ELF brand's online & offline visibility, and the development of marketing & digital engagement strategies to strengthen the brand’s presence and reputation within the company’s perimeter.
The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the regional office on innovation development.
Events:
Key point of contact for annual planned events, as per the approved annual Events Roadmap (Sales & Marketing Convention, Majestic Mogul convention, exhibitions, seminars, …), responsible for:

Planning as per budget & timelines.

Logistics coordination and on site management.

Reporting & post-event analysis.
Sponsorship:

Build sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits for TEMME.

Make sure to follow the global approval process and finalize the contract.

Engage with the selected sponsors to ensure the success of all planned activations.

Report & analyse the sponsorship performance & ROI.
Communication:

Plan & submit WAT news for the weekly EP & APME Zone Newsletter.

Share the relevant success stories and Best practices within the affiliate and the zone.

Handle the affiliate's press relations and make sure to respect the global approval process for Press releases.

Write, distribute, and manage press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

Brand & Product publications: Coordinate and execute the New Product Communication kits and other specific publications (calendars, diaries, …)

Digital:

Website: Responsible for content creation/management + SEO (editorial updates, blogs, Analytics review, ...), to be executed by the SEO agency.

MyLubPortal: Manage & Animate the Distributor portal to ensure the engagement of our partners and work closely with the HO Digital Team & the distributors to develop useful functionalities and content.
ELF Brand:

Support and promote ELF identity across all channels.

Implement ELF Communication & Media strategy across covered markets

Set up KPIs/channel to improve Brand awareness & conversions and oversee digital & communication campaigns.

Social media: Responsible for content creation/management of ELF social media accounts across various social platforms.

Develop the online visibility of our ELF Service Centres across performing online location management platforms.

Propose and execute Digital activations/campaigns for ELF Key partners (Distributors & Service Centres)., as per agreed business plans.
Innovation:

Being the innovation correspondent of the affiliate, attend webinars with head office on quarterly basis.

Organize and plan an innovation day once a year by coordinating with other departments and external speakers.

Ensure a high number of submissions across departments for new innovative ideas on quarterly basis.
HSSEQ & Compliance

Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSSEQ policy with high Quality of HSSEQ performance and complying with affiliate’s HSSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.

Participate in the training program to acquire HSSEQ knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.

Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSSEQ, Energy policies and Manuals.

Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.

Strict adherence to HSSEQ requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

Comply with LIGHT VEHICLE USE & CONTROL HSEP 35

Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.

Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.
