Assistant Manager - Fabric Store

We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager – Fabric Store for Denim Garment Division.
Location: SITE Area, Karachi

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in fabric management for denim garments? Join our team and play a key role in overseeing fabric inventory, storage, and issuance to ensure smooth production flow.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage daily fabric store operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance.

· Ensure proper fabric handling, identification, and record-keeping in ERP/SAP system.

· Monitor fabric consumption, wastage, and balance reports.

· Coordinate with the Procurement, Planning, and Production teams for timely availability of fabrics.

· Maintain physical and system inventory accuracy through regular stock audits.

· Supervise store team and ensure compliance with 5S & safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Supply Chain, or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in fabric store operations (preferably denim garments).

· Strong knowledge of fabric types, shrinkage, GSM, and shade handling.

· Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
