About the role:
To assist, support and facilitate all our internal and external clientele requirements ensuring routing and execution of their needs as per company's defined policies while ensuring high level of customer's satisfaction and employees experience within the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Invoice verification and processing for FM soft domain which includes hotels, fleet, housekeeping, consumables, stationery etc.

Prepare actuals and accruals data related to facilities management on monthly basis.

Prepare and present monthly reports to the management for better visibility of budget and utilization.

To manage Inhouse event and Cafe.
-
To manage housekeeping services in the North region.
-
To manage in-house day care services in the North region.
-
To manage Petty cash for North region.
-
Responsible to maintain the pleasant look of campus 345, horticulture/landscape services are maintained best of the standards.

To manage grocery, stationery, Crockery in the region.

Forecasting of expenses related to FM soft services.
What we are looking for?
Education: Bachelor's degrees. MBA is preferable
Work Experience
-
Atleast 3 to 4 years in relevant field

Expertise of Microsoft Office tools.

Experience of handling multiple operational tasks

Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
