Overview
This position will report to Facility Lead for entire HQ and will be responsible for:

Entire contract workforce management

Admin/Facility management

Budgeting for Admin
Responsibilities
-
Managing payroll of outsourced employees Pan India in coordination with vendors.

Managing 500 employees off role data Pan India along with preparing their salaries and ensuring compliances
-
Coordinating with Internal stake Holders for replacement and hiring with offer letters
-
Maintaining Leave/Gratuity data
-
Admin/Facility budget management & reporting
-
Managing Billing/Amex card /Preparing PO
-
Coordinating with Internal stake Holders for PO, Payments, Billing, MIS, Amex card etc.

Managing internal facility, events, Projects , Repair & Maintenance etc.
Qualifications
-
Min 5 to 6 years’ experience in admin/facility
-
Background of managing Facility Team
-
Involvement in creating or implementing organization policies and procedures.
