Job Purpose
Support the day-to-day delivery of facility management operations across SOPC’s training centers and sports venues. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring service providers, supporting health and safety compliance, and ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and operationally ready.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Facility Operations & Maintenance

Assist in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities across MEP, HVAC, sports flooring, and sports equipment systems.

Monitor daily facility conditions to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness standards are met.

Follow up on maintenance requests and work orders, verify completion, and report issues or delays to management.

Support the implementation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility operations.

Assist in conducting routine facility inspections and maintaining asset and maintenance records.
Contract & Vendor Coordination

Support the monitoring of vendor performance and review service delivery reports against contractual requirements.

Assist in validating invoices, service reports, and work completion documents prior to approval.

Coordinate with procurement and internal stakeholders on vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and performance reviews.

Maintain vendor performance records and support follow-up on corrective actions.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Support compliance with HSE regulations, SOPC policies, and safety procedures across assigned facilities.

Assist in implementing emergency response plans, incident reporting, and basic risk control measures at venue level.

Support coordination of access control and basic security arrangements in line with approved procedures.

Assist in conducting safety inspections and tracking closure of corrective actions.
Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

Support facility readiness activities for venues transitioning from project completion to operational use.

Prepare routine operational updates and basic reports highlighting issues, actions, and progress.

Coordinate day-to-day facility-related matters with internal teams, National Federations, SOTC, and external stakeholders as required.
