Position: Assistant Manager – Finance & Operations

Location : Thane(On-site)

Experience: 3–6 years

Qualification: B.Com /M.Com


About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance & Operations to oversee day-to- day accounting and operational processes in our health and wellness business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing payables, receivables, ledger reconciliations, inventory accounting, and supporting statutory and internal audits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities.
  • Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and ensure books are accurate and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Manage and monitor inventory accounting and coordination with operations for stock reconciliation.
  • Support month-end closure activities, including accruals, provisions, and management reporting.
  • Assist in Statutory Audit and Internal Audit processes, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries.
  • Maintain strong process discipline and ensure adherence to internal financial controls.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners (vendors, auditors, consultants) for operational and financial matters.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help implement automation where possible.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, data validation, MIS reporting).
  • Working knowledge of any ERP system will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Background:

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Operations within the Health, Wellness, FMCG, or Retail industry.
