Assistant Manager Finance

Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance to join our Finance team. This role involves creating financial and revenue reports, analyzing large datasets, and delivering insights that support business decisions. You’ll work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure data is accurate, meaningful, and actionable.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience (including articles) with at least 2 years post-articles from a reputable audit/accounting firm.
• Proven work experience in finance, accounting, and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and applicable company laws.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Liaise with auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely compliance and resolution of queries.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support business efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the finance team, fostering collaboration across departments.
