Assistant Manager Finance Account & Billing

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager – Financial Billing with a strong background in billing, accounts, and finance to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage and guide a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage billing operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

· Supervise day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including reconciliations and reporting.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.

· Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports to management.

· Lead and support the Billing team, providing guidance and training where necessary.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.

· Handle client and vendor communication regarding billing and financial matters.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, accounts, and finance.

· Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

· Billing experience in USA or UK is Highly Preferable.

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Strong leadership and decision-making ability.

· Analytical and detail-oriented.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Excellent negotiation and team-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
