JOB DESCRIPTION : Accounts, Taxation & MIS Executive (CA–Inter)
Position - Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Key Purpose of the Role
To manage complete accounting, finalisation, TDS/GST compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial controls within the company.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Finalisation of Accounts
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Schedules).
- Scrutiny of ledgers and ensure corrective journal entries.
- Prepare depreciation schedules, accruals, and provisions.
- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
2. General Accounting & BRS
- Perform daily accounting entries in ERP/Tally.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for all bank accounts.
- Vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and ledger matching.
- Monitor AP & AR ageing and coordinate for closures.
- Maintain fixed asset register and track capitalization.
3. TDS & Taxation
- Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS for all applicable transactions.
- Prepare and file monthly & quarterly TDS returns (24Q/26Q).
- Issue Form 16 & Form 16A.
- Handle 26AS reconciliation and resolve mismatches.
- Support in advance tax working and income tax filing.
4. GST Compliance (If Applicable)
- Assist in preparing and filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with Input Tax Credit.
- Track vendor GST compliance and resolve discrepancies.
5. MIS Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports including:
- Sales & revenue analysis
- Expense MIS
- Cash flow and fund flow statements
- Profitability analysis
- Budget vs Actual reports
- Provide analytical insights for management decision-making.
- Maintain dashboards and financial trackers.
6. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Compare Budget vs Actual and highlight deviations.
- Track department-wise expenses and cost control measures.
- Support management in financial planning and projections.
Required Skills
- Strong accounting fundamentals and taxation knowledge.
- Expertise in BRS, MIS reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS templates).
- Hands-on experience in Tally or any ERP system.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
