This role is structured as an intensive career accelerator, providing unparalleled exposure to both Corporate Finance rigor and Business Strategy development within India’s leading product technology company. Working directly with the Head of Finance Business Partnering, you will gain the analytical and strategic acumen necessary to excel and accelerate your career in Finance, Consulting, or Strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience working with Valuation/Transaction Advisory/FDD/Strategy and Operations team at one of the Big 4s.
• Demonstrated understanding of Software/SaaS/Subscription business models, metrics, and profitability drivers is desired but not mandatory.
• Strong handle on the full Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) or database languages (SQL) is highly desirable.

Data Analytics & Financial Modelling:

• Financial Modelling: Own the end-to-end creation of detailed financial models for new SKUs, pricing strategies, and business lines, including robust Scenario and Sensitivity Analysis.
• Performance Analytics: Conduct deep dives into GTM performance data (e.g., growth, margins, investment) using advanced spreadsheet techniques and data tools.
• Benchmarking: Execute systematic competitive and industry benchmarking studies to provide external context for Tally’s performance and strategic planning.

Executive Communication & Presentation:

• Storytelling: Translate complex financial and data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives suitable for leadership and management reviews.
• Presentation Mastery: Independently design and deliver visually professional PowerPoint presentations and reports that drive executive decision-making.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly/quarterly business review materials, focusing on impactful insights rather than mere data recitation.

Assistance in Commercial & Technical Decision Making:

• GTM Strategy: Assist the Head of Finance Business Partnering in evaluating and forecasting the commercial impact of GTM channel strategies, marketing investments, and sales force effectiveness.
• Capital Allocation: Support financial due diligence and analysis related to new internal investments, capital expenditures, and strategic partnerships.
• Budgeting Support: Aid in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, integrating operational plans with financial outcomes.
