Assistant Manager – Finance- Highway Karachi

Karachi, Pakistan

Role Overview:

  • Support financial operations, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Assist in forecasting, variance analysis, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Finance Manager to ensure overall financial health.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant finance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day financial operations, including reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
  • Perform variance analysis and ensure compliance with financial standards.
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Work closely with Finance Manager to optimize financial performance.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations.
  • Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Prepare and process vendor payments within agreed timelines.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
