About the position

The Assistant Finance Manager will cover all aspects of financial accounting and reporting including Order to Cash O2C claims management to all customers, sales finance partnering, treasury, Overheads Control, Record to Report.

What you will do

You will be focus on the areas of Finance below:

• Order to Cash O2C - Claims Management for all customers:
• Sales Finance Partnering; Maintain Distributor ROI and Channel Profitability; Maintain discount profile of all the customers; Prepare and circulate customer P&L by region to leadership team.

• End-to-end execution of Treasury related operations including FX, Factoring, IC Loans Reconciliations, Derivatives, Debt etc., and run working capital initiatives to ensure optimal cash management

• Overheads Control: End to End control of business overheads to ensuire expenses remain under the target guidance.
• Record to Report: Responsible for ensuring the Financial Control Health Indicators (CHI) remain below the threshold and; to review and perform Balance Sheet Hygiene

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?

• We are looking for a Finance Manager with 3-5 years of experience in Finance
• An ideal candidate must have a professional qualification in Accountancy / Degree in accountancy from a recognized University together with training experience in a Big 4
• In depth knowledge and skills in following finance areas: Net Revenue management, Budgeting and Costing, Reporting
• Strong analytical skills to assess risk and be financially savvy; with Excel, Power Point and experience with SAP is mandatory
• Entrepreneurship mindset in goal orientation, with proven ability to work well in a matrix organization and cross functional networks with multiple stakeholders
