Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and system-savvy Assistant Manager – Fulfillment to oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock receiving, order processing, and dispatch management. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) and hands-on experience managing inwards and outwards stock operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound logistics.
- Monitor and manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and reconciliation.
- Oversee stock receiving, GRN processing, and proper binning of inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain system accuracy in ERP/WMS for all stock movements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth order processing.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, and inventory variance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity and discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or fulfillment management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent understanding of stock management, inward/outward processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of process optimization and warehouse KPIs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
