Job Summary

The Assistant Manager Fundraising – Retail will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various retail-level fundraising initiatives to ensure consistent revenue generation. The role includes overseeing partnerships, donor engagement, campaign implementation, kiosks management, events coordination, membership drives, and reporting for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute retail fundraising strategies and achieve set revenue targets.

· Build and manage partnerships with malls, retail outlets, and commercial partners.

· Engage donors through effective acquisition, communication, and retention initiatives.

· Plan and coordinate public fundraising campaigns and events.

· Supervise kiosk activities, ensuring compliance and performance tracking.

· Organize donor seminars, membership drives, and promotional activities.

· Maintain accurate records and submit timely performance reports with insights.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in fundraising, retail campaigns, or donor engagement roles.

Skills:

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Strong project management and planning skills

· Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and fundraising tools

· Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel when needed

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1- Monthly Fundraising Target Achievement: % of monthly retail fundraising goal met

2- New Donors Acquired : Number of first-time donors per month

3- Kiosk Activity Success : Number of kiosks activated, donation collected per kiosk, average donation per hour

4- Event & Campaign Execution: Number of successful campaigns/events organized with measurable outcomes

5- Partner Engagement: Number of new partnerships and renewals with retail outlets

6- Membership Growth: % increase in new members registered

7- Reporting Accuracy & Timeliness: Submission of reports within the deadline with accurate, actionable insights

8- Donor Retention Rate: % of repeat donors within a 6–12 month period
