Assistant Manager Gloves Production

Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically strong Assistant Manager Gloves Production with mandatory hands-on experience in gloves manufacturing and strong labor management capability. The role requires managing end-to-end production for export-oriented operations (primarily European market).

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead complete gloves production process (cutting to finishing & packing).

· Ensure achievement of production targets and on-time shipments.

· Manage and control large labor workforce.

· Conduct on-the-spot hiring of labor staff based on production needs (Compulsory).

· Provide technical supervision in leather & synthetic gloves manufacturing.

· Resolve production and stitching-related technical issues.

· Monitor efficiency, wastage control, and productivity improvement.

· Coordinate with QA, PPC, and Merchandising teams.

· Ensure compliance with European buyer standards and export requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

· 6- 8 years of direct gloves production experience.

· Strong technical knowledge of:

· Safety / Mechanic Gloves

· Work / Industrial Gloves

· Leather Gloves

· Impact TPR Gloves

· Proven experience managing factory labor and workforce planning.

· Strong leadership and production decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
