Assistant Manager Graphic Designer

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Designing / Media Science or in a similar field from HEC recognized university with at least 2 years of relevant experience with special emphasis on both Static as well as Dynamic Media, specially animations, Video composition, rendering, 3D Rendering, 3D-Walkthroughs, etc

The candidate should have practical experience of Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate, Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, Illustrator, Wonder share.

Job Summary

Main purpose of this position is creation of designs, concepts, layouts, Animation, Video, 3D Rendering, 3D-Walkthroughs, through ensuring an efficient cycle of creation of computer graphics, digital creatives, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, brochures, advertisements, vectors, develop iconography, memes and stickers and many other forms of visual and digital communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate graphic design projects upon receiving directions from seniors in CCD and endorsement of the management.
• Actively assist and participate in designing and redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, videos, brochures and other forms of visual communication.
• Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company.
• Should have worked on static as well as dynamic media (Animation, Video, 3D Rendering etc).
• Should have experience in the most common advanced graphical software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate, Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, Illustrator, Wondershare
• Defining Graphic Designing, and detailing the Graphic Designing process from brief to creative execution.
• Ability to use AI in graphic designing and video creation and video content, and able to develop Animations and do video content editing.
• 3D design art content including 3D walkthroughs for advertising applications.
• Knowledgeable about color theory and its application in development of brand colors.
• Understands designing differences when producing artwork for various media mix elements including webpage designing.
• Is able to design vectors, develop iconography, memes and stickers.
• Has knowledge and usage experience of latest design software and is aware of creative designing trends.
• Understands the role of design heroes and their influence on design style.
• Knows about creative block and how to quickly overcome it, because of having exceptional skillsets of a great graphic designer.
• Aware of applications of composition rules used by graphic designers, and graphic designing mistakes and pitfalls.
• Is flexible and understands the importance of incorporating client feedback into graphic designing
• Create digital communication assets such as e-mailers, PPT presentations, web banners, web pages, digital wallpapers / screensavers etc.
• Collaborate with various internal teams and co-ordinate with external vendors to ensure project completion.
• Design internal communications and come up with creative design ideas for new internal campaigns.
• Maintain intranet portal with up-to date information and graphics to seek new ways of graphic designing.
• Available after business hours / holidays for meeting any urgent requirement.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other assignment as directed by GCD management.
