Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue GRNs for all received goods as per company SOPs.
  • Verify quantities, quality, and condition of incoming stock against purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Record and update all GRN entries in the ERP/Inventory Management System.
  • Report discrepancies (shortages, damages, wrong items) to Procurement and Warehouse Supervisors.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding returns, replacements, and follow-up of pending deliveries.
  • Maintain proper filing of GRNs, receiving documents, and supplier invoices.
  • Assist in stock audits and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and warehouse SOPs.
  • Support warehouse team in unloading activities when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field).

  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in GRN, Warehouse, or Inventory roles (retail industry experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of stock receiving procedures and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
