Role Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven and highly analytical Growth Marketing Manager to drive sustainable business growth across the full customer lifecycle. This role focuses on experimentation, funnel optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel, from acquisition to retention and monetization
- Design and execute growth experiments across paid, organic, product, and lifecycle channels.
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and performance metrics to identify growth. opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to improve user experience and conversion
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, onboarding flows, messaging, and campaigns
- Develop scalable growth strategies grounded in insights, experimentation, and data
- Track and report on growth KPIs including activation, retention, LTV, churn, and revenue impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role (2-3 years of experience)
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and funnel optimization
- Solid understanding of paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing channels
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
