About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced healthcare Assistant Manager to support daily operations within our healthcare facility in DUBAI.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the healthcare sector and a strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient services, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations of the facility
• Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulations
• Support patient service quality and handle escalations when required
• Coordinate with management, clinical teams, and external partners
• Monitor operational needs and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Previous experience in a healthcare facility (clinic, medical center, dental center, or hospital)
• Own VISA preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, patient flow, and compliance
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and reporting
