We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager - Healthcare Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving Nutrifactor’s marketing initiatives, leading product launches, executing promotional campaigns, and contributing to innovative marketing strategies within the healthcare and wellness industry.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Dietetics, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, wellness, or FMCG marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading the planning and execution of product launches, including developing launch strategies and managing promotional activities.
- Conduct detailed product and market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive movements in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute engaging healthcare marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage content across digital, print, and social media platforms to enhance Nutrifactor’s brand presence.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing initiatives to strengthen Nutrifactor’s online visibility, particularly for healthcare and wellness products.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytical reports to guide future marketing decisions.

- Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design and content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva will be an advantage.
