- Managing the current workforce doing off site projects though calls and periodic visits.
- Manging the team leaders at different locations.
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures.
- Getting in touch with colleges to conduct campus recruitment drives.
- Conduct walk in interviews at our office.
- Train the new recruits about their job profile and company culture.
- Keeping track of recruiting process
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
- Reporting to Operations Manager
- Managing the WhatsApp groups. Adding, removing, monitoring etc.
