About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and policy implementation, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.

Design, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.

Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Oversee performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).

Handle employee grievances with professionalism and provide effective resolutions.

Maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and prepare reports for management review.

Support leadership in manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum 4 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
