Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment (developers, consultants, project managers, etc.).
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires in project and support teams.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems aligned with project KPIs.
- Plan and drive employee engagement activities for tech and cross-functional teams.
- Manage HR operations, including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination via HRMS.
- Support training and upskilling programs (technical, soft skills, certifications).
- Ensure HR policy compliance, labor law adherence, and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain resource allocation and project-based staffing data in coordination with PMO.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Prepare HR analytics and dashboards — headcount, turnover, hiring pipeline, and performance stats.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources
- 3 years of HR experience in the IT / Software / Tech consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical hiring and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of IT project structures, roles, and resource planning.
