Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment (developers, consultants, project managers, etc.).
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires in project and support teams.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems aligned with project KPIs.
  • Plan and drive employee engagement activities for tech and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage HR operations, including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination via HRMS.
  • Support training and upskilling programs (technical, soft skills, certifications).
  • Ensure HR policy compliance, labor law adherence, and documentation accuracy.
  • Maintain resource allocation and project-based staffing data in coordination with PMO.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
  • Prepare HR analytics and dashboards — headcount, turnover, hiring pipeline, and performance stats.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • 3 years of HR experience in the IT / Software / Tech consulting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of technical hiring and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of IT project structures, roles, and resource planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
