Job Description:

The Assistant Manager Human Resources at The Company will play a pivotal role in supporting the companys people strategy across its consulting, digital, and technology divisions. The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and people-centric professional who can manage HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD) and Head of HR, the individual will ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives, compliance with policies, and alignment with ei1s global culture spanning offices in Karachi, New York, Manchester, and Buenos Aires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for consulting, finance, technology, and business functions.
  • Partner with leadership to identify current and future manpower needs.
  • Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain an updated talent pool and support in developing recruitment marketing materials.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Design and implement engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and internal events.
  • Conduct pulse surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative culture aligned with ei1s global ethos.
  • Support cross-office engagement between Karachi and international teams.
  • Performance & Development:
  • Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Assist in refining competency-based performance frameworks tailored for consulting roles.
  • Identify training needs, arrange workshops, and track learning outcomes.
  • Maintain training records and performance development plans.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Oversee daily HR functions including attendance, birthday celebrations, events, payroll coordination, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, EOBI, social security, and company policies.
  • Manage HR documentation, employee files, and HCM data accuracy.
  • Support in internal audits and HR process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Sound knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR operational best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time

Location: Karachi

Experience: 3-6 years

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing:

For Males - 1pm-10pm

For Females - 11am-8pm
