Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager - HR based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager - HR will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, assisting in employee onboarding, supporting training and development programs, managing payroll, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Proficiency in training, development, and performance management systems
  • Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle payroll processes and employee relations efficiently
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience (3+ years) in an HR or management role is preferred
