Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 110,000

Are you passionate about people, processes, and delivering smooth HR operations? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR who can independently manage complete HR operations across zones and hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR Operations, including onboarding, orientation, documentation, and offboarding
- Ensure smooth HR service delivery across multiple locations
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle for the assigned region
- Manage employee relations and resolve grievances professionally
- Assist in gathering inputs and supporting smooth payroll processing
- Prepare and maintain HR Operations & Payroll-related reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR standards
- Maintain and manage employee records, attendance, leave data, and HRIS updates
- Coordinate with departments for HR needs and support day-to-day HR queries
- Manage Group Life Insurance and Medical Insurance end-to-end, including additions, deletions, claim processing, and vendor coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, recruitment, and labor laws
- Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage complete HR tasks independently
