ABOUT THE ROLE

EccentricOne is a growing IT company on Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. We are hiring an Assistant Manager HR to independently manage our day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.

This is a hands-on generalist execution role for an HR professional with 4–8 years of solid experience who is ready to own an HR function — not just support one.

Shift: 3 PM – 12 AM | Days: Monday – Saturday | Mode: 100% On-SiteSalary: PKR 90,000 – 140,000 per month (based on experience)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Recruitment (40% of role):

• Manage end-to-end hiring for 5–8 simultaneous roles across technical and non-technical departments
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rozee.pk using active Boolean search
• Conduct structured screenings and coordinate interview panels with hiring managers
• Ensure every candidate receives a professional and timely response

HR Operations (35% of role):

• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management
• Own onboarding and offboarding — documented, compliant, and consistent
• Manage offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and NOCs
• Track probation periods and performance review timelines

Employee Relations (25% of role):

• Act as first point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution
• Enforce company policies consistently and fairly
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must Have — Non-Negotiable:

• 4–8 years of progressive HR generalist experience (freshers and below-4-year candidates will not be considered)
• At least 1–2 years in an Assistant Manager or supervisory HR capacity
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently
• Strong English communication — written and verbal
• Full availability for 3 PM – 12 AM, Monday–Saturday, on-site
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in an IT or tech-focused company
• Familiarity with Pakistan Labour Law
• Prior use of HRMS or ATS tools
• Experience managing HR for 50+ employees
