ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Manager HR to join our team. This is not a back-office support role — you will be a key operational leader within our HR function, responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and building people-first processes that support a fast-moving organisation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end hiring across departments — from job brief approval to offer letter
- Manage job postings across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Rozee.pk with platform-specific optimisation
- Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future roles
- Coordinate screening, interview scheduling, and structured candidate feedback loops
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management systems
- Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are smooth, documented, and compliant
- Track probation periods, performance review cycles, and confirmation timelines
- Manage HR documentation — offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, NOCs
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution
- Support the implementation of company policies and ensure consistent enforcement
- Identify patterns in employee feedback and flag risks to senior management
- Contribute to initiatives that improve team morale, retention, and workplace culture
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate HR dashboards — headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, and cost-per-hire
- Ensure all HR practices are aligned with Pakistan Labour Law requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management review
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Bachelor's degree minimum — MBA (HR) or equivalent postgraduate qualification strongly preferred
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity
- Proven hands-on recruitment experience across technical and non-technical roles
- Strong command of English — written and spoken — for internal and external correspondence
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite — Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at a working level
- Availability for evening shift: 3 PM – 12 AM, Monday to Saturday, on-site
Preferred:
- Prior experience in an IT, technology, or fast-paced corporate environment
- Familiarity with Pakistani labour law and HR compliance requirements
- Experience managing HR for a team of 30+ employees
- Prior use of HRMS or ATS tools
