Assistant Manager HR

Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Lead and support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate communication to ensure timely hiring.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure alignment of recruitment activities with business needs.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee records, including personal data, attendance, and leave management systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Support payroll processing by validating and submitting accurate employee data, allowances, and deductions within defined timelines.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance workforce capability and employee experience.
  • Manage employee claims, benefits, allowances, and reimbursements in line with company policies and approval processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements, while assisting in audits, documentation, and policy updates.
  • Oversee administrative functions including office management, vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of workplace facilities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations, including asset management, facility upkeep, and coordination with service providers.


Qualification:

  • 16 years of education
  • 2-3 Years of Experience
