What you will be doing at Evalueserve

  • Own the end-to-end process of publishing HR reporting and dashboards with accuracy and timeliness using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytics.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and bring insights that add value to the business.
  • Formulating as well as maintaining the HR policies & processes for Middle East region to ensure compliance to local law and internal policies.
  • Manage HR operational activities which may include employee referral payout and payroll related inputs.
  • Driving central projects from time to time.
  • Lead and support a team of 1–2 members to accomplish these responsibilities effectively.


What we’re looking for

  • 8-12 years of overall experience in HR, with 4–6 years of experience of MIS, Analytics and HR Dashboarding.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Candidates with experience in managing small teams will be preferred.
