Assistant Manager, HR Operations & Engagement

A leading retail organization is seeking an Assistant Manager - Human Resources to manage HR operations and lead employee engagement initiatives in Dubai. This role requires strong HR project management skills and 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the People & Culture team, and report to the Senior Manager - Human Resources, driving employee connection and ensuring effective HR operations across the organization.
