Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR and operational activities. The role requires hands-on experience in employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation, preferably in a factory or multi-branch environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and support a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance management, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with statutory laws and labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data related to attendance, attrition, and other HR metrics.
  • Travel to company branches as required for HR and operational support.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations
  • Factory or multi-location HR exposure preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle HR operations independently
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
