K ey responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and produce training materials in various formats such as instructor-led training and e learning.
  • Facilitate/Deliver training programs for our retail and corporate clients, which will involve weekend work.
  • Maintain your CPA license and stay up to date with the latest developments in the accounting, auditing, and regulatory space both in the U.S. and globally.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with the ability to explain complex accounting matters creatively and concisely.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player who is highly adaptable and flexible to the unique needs of our clients and our growing practice.
  • Manage projects and workload to consistently meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Participate in client proposals and sales efforts.
  • Contribute to the company’s marketing efforts, develop premium content, and drafting client emails.
  • Manage external contractors to ensure effective relationship management and work delivery is maintained.
  • Guide/mentor the learners pursuing Finance Programs

Support the Project financials – maintenance & control.


QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification & experience

? Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

? Strong technical proficiency in U.S. GAAP and IFRS

? Knowledge of the current rules and requirements of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

? Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, Big 4 experience in auditing public companies strongly preferred.

? Must have work experience in reporting and auditing requirements in compliance with governing statutes.

? Experience in corporate training design and development preferred.

? Must have good hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel/PPT/Power BI/Generative AI

? Strong verbal / written communication.

? Should have strong interpersonal skill to interact with client, stakeholder, and peers effectively.

? Project Management skills
