Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from job requisition to onboarding – for a variety of roles across
departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms (online job boards, social media, career
portals, etc.).
Source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews, collect feedback from hiring panels, and coordinate final selection processes.
Prepare and issue offer letters, and initiate pre-employment checks and documentation.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2–4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms.
