Qualification : MBA (HR), MSW, MHRM, PGDM in HR
Experience : Minimum 05 years of experience as HR & Admin Generalist in Manufacturing. Preferably Chemical Unit
We are looking for an Assistant Manager- HRBP with prior experience of minimum 5 years of Plant level HRBP roll – Preferably from Chemical Unit. We expect him to be comfortable with computer applications and software. Also an aggressive learner with an energetic & positive personality.
Must Have:
- Actively participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization – End to end onboarding process & Induction
- Handling Employee Engagement & Employee Grievances at Plant level
- Implement HR Strategies programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational culture
- Provide support in employee relation matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance handling
- Ensure Legal compliance, regulations and company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate HR & Admin records and documentation.
- Handling day to day employees queries.
- Take care of Administration, Front office, Supervision of Housekeeping & Security activities
- Inter- department coordination for recruitment
- Implementation of company s HR policies & practices.
- Handling of Exit Formalities at Plant level
- Managing time, attendance, payroll and taxation related to Employees
- Managing Contractors, Monitoring contractors labors attendance & payroll system
- Being responsible for general admin of organization
- Handling end to end recruitment process of L1 & L2 position.
- L&D experience (learning and development activities)
- To Ensure Plant Discipline
- Liaising with Govt. authorities
- Absenteeism control
- Excellent knowledge of MS. Office, Like: PPT, Excel, Word etc.
- Data Management (i.e. –Employee Personal files and records)
- In-depth Knowledge of HRIS software
