Assistant Manager (HSE):

Experience: 05 Years Experience in a reputed Textile company.

Qualification/Degree:

• Graduation or Above.
• Certification (NEBOSH / IOSH and OSHA 30hrs), First Aid and CPR Certifications, Civil Defence / Rescue 1122 Certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

• HSE Management & implementation (Implement and maintain company policy, ensure compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations, safety standards.)
• Risk Assessment & Hazard Control (Control risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification (HIRA).
• Workplace Safety Management(Monitor operations and highlight non-conformances to concern management and follow-ups.)
• Training & Awareness(Conduct HSE inductions and refresher training for employees and contractors, promote safety culture through toolbox talks, drills, and awareness campaigns.)
• Incident / investigation Management(Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, prepare incident investigation reports.)
• Audits & Inspection(Carry out internal HSE audits and routine safety inspections, track non-conformities and ensure timely closure, coordinate external audits by regulators, customers, or certification bodies.)
• Reporting & Documentation(Maintain HSE records, registers, permits, and legal compliance documents.)
• Environment Management(Monitor waste management, emissions, effluents, and chemical handling, ensure proper storage, labeling, and disposal of hazardous materials.)

Required Skills:

• Strong Communication Skills, Training & Development, Technical Proficiency.
