Position Overview:

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resource to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR operations, driving employee engagement, and supporting the company’s people and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices across the organization.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and the employee life cycle process.

· Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.

· Handle employee relations, engagement activities, and workplace culture programs.

· Maintain HR documentation and prepare analytical reports for management decision-making.

Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

· MBA or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.

· 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in startups or tech-driven environments.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

· Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

· Good understanding of HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee relations.

· Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
