Assistant Manager HR – Recruitment & Selection

Global Connect Synergy is looking for an Assistant Manager HR with hands-on expertise in Recruitment and Selection to join our growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill staffing needs
  • Maintain and update talent pipelines for ongoing and future roles
  • Ensure fair and efficient hiring processes in line with company policies

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, and modern recruitment tools
