Seeking competent Assistant Manager HR - Male profiles for our client in Karachi
Location: Port Qasim
Timings: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate data (leaves, attendance, overtime).
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and probation reviews.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Coordinate safety trainings and compliance with labor and industry regulations relevant to the automotive sector.
- Assist in workforce planning for production, service, and dealership teams.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
