Assistant Manger HR

Seeking competent Assistant Manager HR - Male profiles for our client in Karachi

Location: Port Qasim

Timings: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate data (leaves, attendance, overtime).
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and probation reviews.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Coordinate safety trainings and compliance with labor and industry regulations relevant to the automotive sector.
  • Assist in workforce planning for production, service, and dealership teams.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
