Admin & HR Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a proactive Admin & HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, and maintaining administrative efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support in routine tasks (attendance, petty cash etc.).
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs38,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
