Looking for an Assistant Manager Human Resources Business Partner to work for a bank based in Shariah , will be responsible of key HR areas :
- Strategic partnership: Act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, helping to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Employee relations: Provide guidance and advice to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary matters.
- Talent management: Assist with talent acquisition by posting job openings and sourcing candidates, and support employee development through training and performance reviews.
- HR process management: Ensure efficient delivery of HR services by supporting onboarding and exit procedures, and by managing day-to-day HR duties.
- Compliance and policy: Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and advise employees on HR rules and regulations.
- Data and reporting: Contribute to management reports on HR matters, track key metrics like attrition, and help collect employee feedback.
