About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional with strong expertise in managing end-to-end HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving HR operational excellence, ensure seamless HR service delivery, and partner closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management

Oversee employee onboarding, induction, transfers, exits, and offboarding processes.

Drive background verification and compliance-related documentation.
HR Operations & Policy Management
-
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and organizational goals.

Manage HR compliance, audits and statutory reporting.

Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
HR Systems & Analytics
-
Manage HRIS tools and ensure data accuracy for reporting and analytics.

Generate and analyze HR dashboards, headcount reports, and attrition metrics.

Partner with Finance and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment on workforce cost and budget.
Employee Experience & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR processes and policies.

Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance resolution.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to ensure smooth employee integration.
Process Improvement & Projects

Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.

Drive automation projects and HR digital initiatives.

Lead or support global/regional HR transformation projects.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services etc.

Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
