Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager Human Resources role located in Islamabad. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resource operations, implementing HR policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance management.


Qualifications

  • HR Policies and Procedures, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
  • Experience in HR administrative tasks and supporting HR initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
