Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager HR will support and oversee the overall HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, and administrative HR tasks. The role ensures smooth HR functioning and supports the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department.
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support in KPI implementation.
- Support training & development activities and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries, and other required data.
- Assist in payroll coordination and employee benefits management.
- Work closely with management to support organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (if applicable).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
