Job Summary

Supports the HR functions within an IT organization, with focus on technical workforce management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with technical and delivery teams to support workforce planning and resource allocation
  • Drive IT hiring including interview scheduling, and offer management
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities incudes onboarding, role changes, and separations
  • Address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and maintain workplace culture.
  • Support compensation planning, payroll inputs, and benefits administration
  • Generate HR dashboards, analytics, and management reports

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience in the IT industry

Skills

  • Understanding of IT workforce structures and project-based staffing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRMS, Asana and Zoho
