Job Summary
Supports the HR functions within an IT organization, with focus on technical workforce management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with technical and delivery teams to support workforce planning and resource allocation
- Drive IT hiring including interview scheduling, and offer management
- Manage employee lifecycle activities incudes onboarding, role changes, and separations
- Address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and maintain workplace culture.
- Support compensation planning, payroll inputs, and benefits administration
- Generate HR dashboards, analytics, and management reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience in the IT industry
Skills
- Understanding of IT workforce structures and project-based staffing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRMS, Asana and Zoho
