Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication, welding, erection, alignment, and testing of hydro-mechanical systems including penstocks, gates, valves, hoists, and cranes.
- Coordinate daily with civil and electromechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of works.
- Review technical drawings, vendor submissions, and method statements for compliance with specifications.
- Monitor progress against schedules; identify and escalate risks or delays.
- Support procurement activities, vendor inspections, and factory acceptance tests (FAT).
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to HSE requirements.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, progress reports, and commissioning records.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for technical and site matters.
- Supervise commissioning of H&M systems in coordination with electromechanical and control teams.
- Supervise interfaces activity between H&M works and civil structures during embedded part installation.
- Identify risks related to design changes, supply delays, and construction challenges.
- Implement mitigation strategies to avoid cost overruns and schedule slippage.

Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
- B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineer.
- 12+ years of experience in Hydromechanical for PSP projects.
